Couldn't agree more.
Great post, and I agree with the readers being stupid. But I fail to see the satire; she's right on. I've never been a big fan of tipping (though I conform to societies norms and do it anyway). I've always thought that if servers don't make enough money and aren't happy with their salary why is it my problem. Maybe those socialist liberal yahoo bastards should go find themselves a new job.
