When you think government can't get any dumber

Now it's illegal to throw a frisbee or football on Los Angeles beaches.
The updated rules now prohibit “any person to cast, toss, throw, kick or roll” any object other than a beach ball or volleyball “upon or over any beach” between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Should you decide your freedom is worth more than these imbecilic rules, there's a $1000 fine waiting for you.  Oh yeah, and if your kids like to dig sand castles, make sure there are no holes deeper than 18 inches. That's good for a fine, too.

Yay America!

If you get busted for playing Frisbee, do not compound your troubles. Section 17.12.310, paragraph D prohibits "the use of any vulgar, profane, or indecent language."

Who defines "vulgar or indecent". Does that mean if I use the name "Lindsay Lohan" I'm at risk?
